Jason "Jay" Martinez is a Freelance Graphic Designer & Part-time Retail Associate.

He values self-expression through fashion, seeks exclusive, limited-edition pieces, and is deeply involved in the streetwear and skate community. However, he struggles with limited stock, shipping delays, and ensuring authenticity when making purchases.

Issues Noticed:

  • Users cannot change the size of selected item directly in the shopping cart.

 

  • After the user removes the wrong size clothing item from the cart, it takes a lot of time to find the same item again from the shop page and add it to the cart.

 

Users Said:

“ In my cart, I don’t see any option to change the size. ”

“ I remove it. oh, wait, I don’t remember what the item is! ”
